Educated Africans mock inventory counting as absurd and admit no aptitude for business. African leaders are thieves indistinguishable from witch doctors. Aid workers and missionaries fail miserably after centuries of effort. Envy of whites and Indians drives land seizures, farm murders, and urban crime.
