Two Afghan men aged 23 and 24 targeted 12-year-old schoolgirl in Nuneaton park. Mohammad Kabir strangled her and attempted child abduction for sexual purposes. Ahmad Mulakhil raped her orally after she claimed to be 19, took indecent photos. Mulakhil pleaded guilty to oral rape but denies other rapes and assaults. Girl found mumbling, crying, frantic, with love-bite on neck and back pain from being dragged. She feared rapist returning to take her to Birmingham and London for more rapes. Both men homeless with no fixed abode. Attack occurred last July around 6-8pm. Witnesses described girl as petrified and looking over shoulder. Prosecutor states Kabir acted with sexual intent in strangling and abduction attempt. Trial ongoing at Warwick Crown Court.
