Third-country foreigners can legally work in Poland if stay and work conditions met. Single permit allows both time-limited stay and work for over 3 months. Schengen C or national D visas enable work unless excluded. Visa-free entry for Ukrainians, Moldovans, Georgians with biometric passports lasts 90 days in 180. Ukrainians, Belarusians, Moldovans, Georgians, Armenians work without permit via employer declarations. Ukrainian war arrivals from Feb 2022 get legal stay and work to Sept 2025. Includes Ukrainian spouses and minor children. Work via employment contract, civil law agreements like zlecenie or dzieło. Contracts must be written and translated. Pay at least minimum in permit. Register foreigner for social and health insurance within 7 days. Ukrainians declare intent to stay for extended rights. Employer declarations valid up to 24 months continuously.
