The Chernobyl reactor was built with, among other things, military applications in mind. Its design violated regulations and was classified," says nuclear engineer Prof. Dr. Andrzej Strupczewski. He assures that the designs of today's reactors are open and it is impossible to create such deficiencies as in 1986.
