Novel method to study electron transport in nanometer-sized objects

In order to build electronic devices that are smaller than before, it is necessary to be able to study how electric current flows through objects made of a few or dozens of atoms. A team from the Jagiellonian University, in collaboration with researchers from Spain, France and Singapore, has developed a method to study electron transport in such small objects.
