We want the German Center for Astrophysics (DZA) to be the second CERN in Europe. I am visiting universities in Poland and looking for those willing to participate in the partnership," Prof. Christian Stegmann, a particle astrophysicist at DESY's Deutsches Elektronen-Synchrotron, told PAP.
