Go to the source page

In quantum dots - a new state of matter known only a few years ago ("condensed" Bose-Einstein condensate) - it is possible to observe unusual quantum waves - solitons, with very interesting properties, according to analyses by Polish physicists. A theoretical article on the subject appeared in the prestigious Physical Review Letters.
