Europe is once again at a turning point. In the search for past resilience and Western steadfastness, the insistent question of our identity is returning. Not as a philosophical abstraction, but the essence of contemporary politics. Support for national parties is growing all around, national reverberations can be heard even in liberal parties. But the more and more often we hear it, the more we don't deal with the question of what this new value system of ours should look like.
