Rapper Aon has announced the construction of his $6 billion city of the future in Africa, combining elements of Dubai and a fictional Wakanda. The city has five districts providing luxury urban living, innovation, entertainment, technology, education and glamour. But initial enthusiasm is followed by accusations of corruption and malpractice.
