The calculator was developed with the ability to handle up to 10,000 haplotypes simultaneously, for haplotypes in any format within the 111 markers of the FTDNA (Family Tree DNA, a leading haplotype systematics company) nomenclature, for haplotypes in any combination in terms of the number of their markers, and for TMRCA values ranging from a few hundred to millions of years.
