The world's smallest wage gap bothers TVN editors. Not once in the article was efficiency mentioned, a ton of text, nothing about performance measures not even a mention of the number of hours worked per month. You have to fight the gap, the gap is not supposed to be there - just why shouldn't it be there? Maybe it should just be bigger, we don't know because the article says nothing about labor results. I have a feeling that it will be good when guys earn less, only then it will be git, and then they will write articles that women can't find a guy because Polish guys earn too little. "Women's income after the birth of their first child falls by nearly 20 percent and by more than 35 percent in the first year after the birth of the second child." - well, but they don't work at all in that first year, they just sit on L4 for a year. I guess it's nice to sit at home with your beloved child for a year, or bad? Better in the office than at home with your own child? Or is 80% not enough? What is their point, and why is there no information anywhere about the number of hours worked and the actual results of this work in objective maira.
