EC investigation into support for nuclear power plant in Poland

The European Commission is investigating planned public support for a nuclear power plant in Poland. The project calls for the construction of six nuclear units with a total capacity of 6 to 9 gigawatts, at an estimated cost of PLN 150 billion. There are concerns about the state aid's compliance with EU rules.
