A shortage of seasonal agricultural workers in Poland is making it difficult for growers to hire both Poles and Ukrainians. They can't afford competitive wage rates, resulting in labor shortages. Attempts to hire workers from Africa, Mexico and Nepal have also been unsuccessful.
