Mark J. Newton and Peter Truong, convicted of child sexual abuse, were arrested in Los Angeles in 2013. The couple adopted a boy from Russia and traveled the world to allow other men to abuse the boy. Their crime came to light when police found recordings of the abuse. Newton was sentenced to 40 years in prison and Truong to 30 years.
