The article discusses the challenges of conducting neuropsychological assessments in older transgender people. There is a lack of normative data for this group, which can affect test results. A study was conducted in an 85-year-old transgender woman who showed significant cognitive decline. The results were not significantly different when normative data for male and female sex were used.
