When anthropologists find a hominid skeleton they always try to find some form of ritual, culture, something that resembles, from our perspective, basic human reflexes. It was just the burial that was successfully attributed to the Neanderthal, for example. There have been attempts to convince the public that the small hominid from southern Africa was buried, but there is no evidence, because the alleged burial amounted to hiding in a narrow shooting gallery. So far, burial rites are conducted by all humans, and some Neanderthals. Also we have in 2025 a tribe of hunter gatherers, which does not realize this basic activity, has a skull typical of a transitional period where basically if they dug it up and dated it to 500kya it would be late Eretus, and as for 20kya it is a hybrid of erectus with modern, and that they live today they are humans. In 3 years the same Poles as me and you, even though they don't have 1 allele which all people from 200k-300kya have. At the same time they have two alleles that no one but negroids have. Seemingly zaden porvlem, but... these alleles of theirs are 1million - 2million years old. If we had a common ancestor during this period, we would also have these alleles - and we don't. No population that left africa in the time as we do not have this, only sub-Saharan negroids and on top of that some have only 1, others do not have another so between each other they also evolved separately hundreds of thousands of years.
